I bought 65 OLED AI B5 OLED65B5PUA and Dishwasher LDFN4542S on Nov.7 with Black Friday price and Free wall mount and 3 year warranty. I have lots of LG product in my home because I like LG but I am disappointed in these purchases. ETA was Nov.12 when I bought with LG.com. LG Customer service told me that Nov.13 there is no stock in TV and dishwasher on our warehouse. There is a TV in another warehouse they will reach out me with email and she said that they will send me TV in couple of days. Dishwasher will be in stock in Nov.21 and will send me after that. Today is Nov.18 and LG customer service can not give ETA of stock in their warehouse for both items. How its possible . I think there is TV and dishwasher another warehouse and they can not send to me because he told me that AI is making delivery/warehouse management and first come first get it. I dont understand how much hard to call the another warehouse and send to me He told me that you can cancel the order and buy again with different TV and dishwasher. This isnt a solution to my problem. I never thought LG the worlds largest electronics manufacturer would offer such a solution. There is only C5 OLED 65 and $400 more than B5 and I dont pay more than what I paid. Please someone call me with a solution without say to cancel purchase and I want to receive my TV and dishwasher. If youre looking for a dishwasher that sings one that sometimes turns off without notice and washes most of the dishes on the bottom shelf for the duration of the warranty plus one month then this is the dishwasher for you If youre looking for a dishwasher that consistently washes dishes try anything else. The LG will bring a touch of class and will look great in your kitchen but looks better in a dumpster. Some of our favorite features of this model include the towel that sits under the front to catch leaking water and the ornamental second and third shelves which look great holding dirty dishes dirty both before and after you run a cycle Instead of trying some social media hack a professional came out and replaced the lining and upper shelf. Worked like a charm for five weeks. If you need a reliable dishwasher you can count on the LG actually you cant-the warranty just expired.

LG makes a garbage product. My dishwasher will need replacing after just 1 year. They claim.ots out of there warranty range. Numerous error codes pop up. Customer service at LG is poor. Our dishwasher is 3 years old. Within the first year we realized that the rinse aid dispenser was leaking the rinse aid so we just stopped using the rinse aid. The second year we realized the two main trays started rusting. Basically the plastic that covers the tines had melted off and started developing rust in several areas. Two weeks ago while running a cleaning cycle the dishwasher started smoking and smelled like it was burning. A repair technician said that the circulation pump and heating assembly were fried. When he came to replace it then realized the motherboard was actually fried. He said do not bother fixing it just buy a new machine.

Working with ABC Warehouse and LG has been a nightmare. I bought all my appliances brand new with an extended warranty yet my dishwasher was defective and leaking from the very first use. It damaged my new cabinets and flooring and after months of calls photos videos and case numbers the problem is still not resolved. Instead of honoring their promises both companies keep passing the blame. No accountability no solutions just endless frustration. Worst. Splurged on the whole package dishwasher microwave gas stove and French drawer refrigerator with a drawer brand new - the nicest thing I can say is the refrigerator still works but it barely makes ice and dont get me started on the Craft Ice feature we paid a premium for. Almost immediately 3 of the 4 the LCD displays start to flicker - annoying - but not a huge deal. But then - the stove started throwing an F9 error and would not heat. The gas stove cant self-light half the time - but hey I have matches right? But the worst is the dishwasher. The cycles are STUPID long and dont clean dishes well even though they go in already clean - just in need of being sterilized. But - within a year - every other week or so - it does not finish the almost 4-hour cycle and the dishes are wet covered in tiny particles and 1.5 of standing water in the bottom. The solution - it turns out - is to unplug it drain the water super fun tilt the whole thing forward and wait three days for it to dry out. Of course - by design - it only happens when the diswasher is full of dirty dishes. LG appliances - never again.

LG Ignoring $300 Buy More Save More Rebate No Accountability After 14+ Attempts I purchased three qualifying LG appliances directly from LG.com under their Buy More Save More promotion. The deal clearly advertised a $300 rebate when buying three eligible items which I did. However the rebate was not applied at checkout and despite contacting LG immediately the issue remains unresolved after more than 14 attempts over phone and email. Heres what happened: I contacted Customer Service: they told me to contact LGOffers. LGOffers told me to talk to the Claims Department. Claims said the rebate should have been applied at checkout and refused to help. I went back to Customer Service who either disconnected the call or refused to escalate to a supervisor. Every time I call Im told weve emailed them and are waiting on a response. Nothing happens. To make matters worse the WashTower I purchased was not installed on delivery because the driver showed up alone and left it behind. Installation was delayed nearly three weeks after delivery. This rebate was a deciding factor in why I chose to buy directly from LG instead of a local store. Instead of honoring their promotion LG has given me nothing but runaround refusal to escalate and complete silence to my emails. Ive tried for weeks to resolve this privately and professionally. Ive now filed complaints with the BBB and FTC and Im sharing this publicly so others are aware. If LG truly values its customers someone should take ownership honor the rebate and prevent other customers from being put through this frustrating experience.

2.5 stars. Purchased from Best Buy 4 months ago. Normal cycle doesnt clean dishes or silverware. Mayo egg peanut butter tomato sauce chocolate -- all stay on dishes and silverware. I have to brush off and rinse everything that goes in so the washer will get it clean. Is something wrong with heating element or its setting? Is that covered under warranty? A shorter Light Cycle would be a good standard feature. Turbo and Heavy seem too close in purpose so consider removing one. The Half-Load Cycle takes as nearly as long as the Normal cant see its purpose. Why should the owner have to download more cycles? Top rack tines are too slanted for most bowls. Should be straighter and/or shorter for greater loading flexibility.

Starting receiving an HE error code after 2 years and now it will only work on the turbo mode. This dishwasher has the heater element integrated to the motor which is ridiculous. No warranty for this large and expensive component and my only choices are to either pay more money than its worth to have a tech. look at the product or repair it myself. I have all LG appliances and the displays on the oven and microwave stopped working at the 1.5 year mark. I have already had to replace the oven heating element myself. These products are junk and generally more expensive to pay someone to fix than to repair myself.

Everything was fine for the first year and a half when I had the dishwasher but then I experienced a back up in my sink which evidently overflowed into the dishwasher. I called Service and they referred me to their website which had some troubleshooting remedies. When that failed I called customer service and their only remedy was to have a service man come out With a flat rate of $350. That was totally unacceptable since the dishwasher was less than double that. I let the decision to use their service sit for a while and when I tried the dishwasher again it evidently dried out to where it worked and has been working fine since. I just saved myself $350 no thanks to LG.

The thing stopped working after only 8 months. It would start a load and then beep over and over and shut off. Even before that and after I had it repaired it doesnt do a very good job at cleaning the dishes. I guess at $500 you get what you pay for.

Worst Appliance Service/Support Ever Experienced

Dishwasher itself may be okay. Support and service are terrible beyond words. Not knowing how to work the dishwasher at my new condo and unable to find explanations online--there was no brochure--I called customer service. The service reps are only trained for electrical issues and told me to turn off the breaker switch. They do not understand how to service appliances. I was put in a queue to get a callback from LG Service. Do not recommend this. Several days later I got a call from someone with an accent that made her hard to follow. Swear I could hear roosters in the background for a completely unprofessional effect. First she asked what my phone number was. I responded that she had just called the number. Then she put me on a long hold while looking up information on local independent service companies. I told her I had already contacted an independent service provider. The neighborhood appliance store said they wont sell LGs due to poor service. They are right.

My dishwasher worked for about 3 months and now it doesnt work at all. I have tried to schedule warranty repair 3 times but the service people either cancel the appointment or just ignore it. I would never recommend LG for anything mainly based on the poor service.

I had this dishwasher installed on November 21 and it worked exactly 17 days before breaking down. Ive had it repaired once the repair did not even last today and I cant seem to get anybody out here in any expeditious manner. It wont be until January 3 before someone comes out to look at it which means this dishwasher will be at least 6 to 7 weeks old and I was only able to use it for 17 days

It has only been 1.5 years and the machines lights blink before suddenly stopping altogether. This is not a users mistake and they dont fix the issue.it is disappointed.

The dishwasher works as expected. Dishes come out clean. Filter is easy to clean. The control panel on the outside is very inconvenient as machine is accidentally turned on constantly. After 2 years of use it is already having issues.

LG Repair Unprofessional

The LG repair person was so unprofessional that I will never buy an LG product again. He showed up late sloppy rude and when he did a very poor job of reinstalling my dishwasher he left the job unfinished. He was lazy and tried to install it 2-3 inches sticking out when it was flush before he started. A second repair person. Stalled it correctly in 5 minutes another day.

We installed this dishwasher about a month ago in my sons house. So far it has been working great. It was easy to install and all is doing the things it should do. My son has no issues and likes the cleanly ness on his dishes. He really like the small item tray at the very top. it is really handy. Time will tell the rest of the story.

Faulty dishwasher Terrible service from LG

Bought the dishwasher in June to replace existing machine. Wanted something more reliable and efficient. It has been a disaster. Dishwasher broke at end of October. LG attempted repair at the end of November after waiting 4 weeks for parts. Didnt complete a full cycle after attempted repair. Mid December and still waiting for it to be repaired.
