Has some great features the water/ice dispenser...one outlet for both water and ice. Love the water filter that is inside the unit. The only thing I would like is one more shelf for both sides, a deli drawer, and a little more color--black, chrome, something trim. The height between shelves are great in some aspects, but not every between every one.

We got this fridge just a few days ago and we love it. It was easy to install, and everything has been working great on it. We love the ice-maker and water dispenser. The only think I don't like about it is how the filter is exposed in the back of the fridge and I worry that someone will push a milk jug or something too fast back and bend it.

We struggled and struggled to level the refrigerator until I searched and found a YouTube video that explained how to raise and lower the front wheels. There is no information regarding this in the information that came with the refrigerator. The folks who delivered the refrigerator (I know this is not GE's fault) dropped it off and walked away without leveling it or giving any instructions regarding leveling it. On the positive side, this refrigerator is the same model as the one we had before and there seem to be some design improvements (door hinges, lights, door bins and drawers appears to have been beefed up).

Fast installation - Fast Transition to Cold

Installed quickly by Home Depot professional installers who helped move some large furniture out of the way. Interior shelves were a little tricky to get into place, but are perfect once the puzzle of installing them is solved. Once plugged in and adusted according to the specs provided on the handout - cold happened fast in both freezer and fridge. After that was all settled, the cat was excited to have her playtime magnets put back on the fridge where she could play with them again! Hooray for a new play space for her and a cold fridge for me for many years to come.

There are a couple things different on the newer refrigerator than my old GE refeigerator. I like the new lighting, the depth of the refrigerator and the quietness. What i do not like is there is not a middle drawer for my lunchmeats etc, the bow of the refrigefator on the front and the slick matetial on the front. Other than that i like it.

A single day in and all is well

Unit installed and for the first 24 hours working as advertised. two items to note. When sold the vendor said unit would be a bit more noisy than old unit. He was right; however, not noticeable to me or my wife. The 2nd item is door is not even on the top. To be fair I have not called to have this repaired. Want to make sure no other issues reveal themself to me or my wife. At this writing I do not anticipate any other issues. Plaza appliance in Yuma did install and hauled old unit off. I do not refer people to products or services that I use--Good or bad.

They finally put the water filter in the upper back corner of the fresh food compartment. Nice water and ice dispenser in the freezer door with adjustable temp controls. Ample storage in both the freezer and fresh food compartments.

Better than any French Door refrigerator

Good value for price. French door freezer compartments do not freeze properly as the point of entry of cold air to cause freezing temperatures are too small for areas to freeze. You also are told that you can't overload the freezer compartment but have to space food to be frozen so vents aren't blocked. I can go on. Either buy a traditional refrigerator or a side by side.
